TH1760
NUDT15 Inhibitor
TH1760 is a potent inhibitor of NUDIX-type 15 (NUDT15) with an IC50 value of 25 nM. This compound significantly sensitizes cells to 6-thioguanine by promoting an increased accumulation of 6-thio-(d)GTP in nucleic acids. TH1760 has demonstrated the ability to enhance the anti-leukemic effects of thiopurine, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer therapeutics and the mechanisms of drug resistance.
