Thalidomide Analog
Thalidomide-1-Me,4-OH is an analogue of Thalidomide, featuring an additional methyl group on the glutarimide moiety. This modification abolishes its interaction with the E3 ubiquitin ligase, cereblon (CRBN), which is critical for the ubiquitination and subsequent proteolytic degradation of target proteins.
