Thalidomide-O-amido-PEG3-azide is an E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) ligand that facilitates recruitment of the cereblon protein. This compound can be conjugated with target protein ligands using a linker to create a PROTAC, enabling targeted protein degradation.
