TI17

Trip13 Inhibitor

TI17 is a potent inhibitor of the thyroid hormone receptor-interacting protein Trip13, exhibiting significant anticancer properties. It effectively suppresses cell proliferation in multiple myeloma (MM) while inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. By targeting Trip13, an AAA-ATPase crucial for double-strand break (DSB) repair, TI17 disrupts its function, leading to enhanced DNA damage and potential therapeutic applications in cancer research.
