CD4 Inhibitor

TJU103 is a potent CD4 inhibitor that disrupts the activation of autoreactive CD4+ T cells. This compound effectively reduces mononuclear cell infiltration in brain and spinal cord tissues in the experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) mouse model, while simultaneously downregulating Th1 and Th2 cytokines in response to the proteolipid protein epitope 139-151 (PLPe). TJU103 demonstrates therapeutic potential in the study of autoimmune diseases such as EAE and multiple sclerosis (MS).
