TL02-59 dihydrochloride
Fgr Inhibitor
TL02-59 dihydrochloride is a selective inhibitor of the Src-family kinase Fgr, exhibiting an exceptional IC50 of 0.03 nM. It also demonstrates inhibitory activity against Lyn and Hck with IC50 values of 0.1 nM and 160 nM, respectively. This compound is effective in suppressing the proliferation of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) cells, making it valuable for research into targeted therapies for hematological malignancies.
