MyD88
TLR1 is a low molecular weight, cell-penetrating Toll-like receptor 1 (TLR1) mimetic that targets the MyD88 signaling pathway. It functions by inhibiting IL-1 receptor-mediated responses, thereby modulating inflammatory pathways. TLR1 is useful for research focused on immune modulation and the study of inflammatory diseases.
