TMX-4153
PIP4K2C PROTAC Degrader
TMX-4153 is a selective degrader targeting PIP4K2C through the PROTAC (Proteolysis-targeting chimera) mechanism. It effectively induces PIP4K2C degradation in MOLT4 cells with a DC50 of 24 nM and in HAP1 cells with a DC50 of 361 nM. This compound is valuable for researching the biological functions of PIP4K2C, particularly in relation to diseases associated with immune modulation.
