Tomivosertib hydrochloride
MNK1/2 Inhibitor
Tomivosertib hydrochloride is a potent and highly selective inhibitor of MNK1 and MNK2, exhibiting IC50 values of 1-2 nM for both isoforms. This compound effectively reduces phosphorylation of eIF4E at serine 209 in a dose-dependent manner, with an IC50 range of 2-16 nM in tumor cell lines. Additionally, Tomivosertib hydrochloride significantly downregulates the abundance of PD-L1 protein, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer therapy and immunomodulation.
