TOP1/TDP1 Inhibitor

TOP1/TDP1-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase 1B (TOP1) and tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 1 (TDP1), exhibiting an IC50 of 17.8 μM for TDP1. This compound directly inhibits TOP1 activity without forming a DNA-TOP1 ternary complex, while also blocking TDP1-mediated repair of TOP1-induced DNA damage. Its ability to disrupt DNA repair pathways, induce apoptosis, and suppress clonogenic growth underlines its potential in cancer research. TOP1/TDP1-IN-1 is particularly relevant for studying non-small cell lung cancer, cervical cancer, and colon cancer.
