TPCK

Serine Protease Inhibitor

TPCK (L-1-Tosylamido-2-phenylethyl chloromethyl ketone) is a potent serine protease inhibitor that also inhibits the PDK1/Akt signaling pathway. It has demonstrated the ability to modify the E7 protein in proliferating keratinocyte cells. In research applications, TPCK can induce cellular apoptosis, suppress tumor growth, reduce hypoxic-ischemic brain injury in rat models, and influence vascular permeability in inflamed environments.
