TPMPA
GABAC Receptor Antagonist
TPMPA is a selective antagonist of the GABAC receptor, exhibiting a binding affinity of KB = 2.1 μM. It does not significantly interact with GABAA or GABAB receptors, with binding constants of KB = 320 μM and EC50 = 500 μM, respectively.
