trans-Trimethoxyresveratrol

Resveratrol Derivative

Trans-Trimethoxyresveratrol is a natural derivative of Resveratrol with enhanced anticancer properties. It demonstrates significant potency in inhibiting cancer cell proliferation, inducing cell cycle arrest, decreasing metastasis, and promoting apoptosis. This compound disrupts microtubule assembly and triggers tubulin depolymerization, while also exerting anti-angiogenic effects via VEGFR2 modulation. Trans-Trimethoxyresveratrol is suitable for investigations into anti-angiogenic therapies and cancer research, particularly in non-small cell lung cancer and osteosarcoma.
