TREM2 Agonist
TREM2 Agonist-5 is a potent agonist of the microglial lipid-sensing receptor TREM2, demonstrating a Kd of 71.36 μM. This racemic structural analog of VG-3927 enhances microglial phagocytosis and activates TREM2 signaling pathways in HEK293-hTREM2/DAP12 cellular models. With an improved in vitro pharmacokinetic profile compared to its predecessor, TREM2 Agonist-5 is suitable for research applications related to Alzheimer's disease and neuroinflammation.
