TREM2 Inhibitor
TREM2-IN-1 is a selective TREM2 inhibitor designed to mitigate the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. By effectively reducing the population of CD206+ and CX3CR1+ immunosuppressive macrophages, TREM2-IN-1 demonstrates a capacity to inhibit tumor growth in MC38 colorectal tumor models. Additionally, this compound promotes the expansion and infiltration of immunostimulatory dendritic cells, cytotoxic T cells, and natural killer cells, enhancing the overall efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents in cancer research.
