Trilinolein
Anticancer Agent
Trilinolein is an oral triglyceride that primarily targets the PI3K/Akt and Ras/MEK/ERK signaling pathways as well as matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2). It has demonstrated the ability to reduce oxidative stress, induce apoptosis, and inhibit cell migration. Trilinolein is applicable in research focused on cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular conditions such as cerebral ischemia, and non-small cell lung cancer.
