C3a Agonist
(Trp63,Trp64)-C3a(63-77) is a synthetic analogue of the complement component C3a, acting as a potent C3a receptor agonist. This peptide demonstrates robust calcium-stimulating activity in human neutrophils and rat basophilic leukemia (RBL-2H3) cells expressing the human and mouse C3a receptors, with EC50 values of 9.5 nM, 2.0 nM, and 0.8 nM, respectively.
