TT-012

MITF Inhibitor

TT-012 is a selective inhibitor of the microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF), functioning by disrupting MITF dimerization and its DNA-binding capacity. This compound effectively inhibits the transcriptional activity of MITF in B16F10 melanoma cells, leading to a reduction in the proliferation of high-MITF melanoma cells. Additionally, TT-012 demonstrates significant anti-tumor effects by inhibiting both tumor growth and metastasis in preclinical animal models while exhibiting manageable toxicity to liver and immune cells.
