Her3 (ErbB3) Degrader
TX2-121-1 is a selective degrader of Her3 (ErbB3), featuring a hydrophobic adamantane moiety. With an IC50 of 49 nM, TX2-121-1 effectively inhibits Her3-dependent signaling as well as heterodimerization, leading to reduced cell proliferation.
