UBP684
iGluR
UBP684 is a positive allosteric modulator of NMDA receptors (iGluR) that enhances receptor function by stabilizing the ligand-binding domains in a closed conformation. This modulation leads to increased whole-cell currents and an extended mean open time of the receptor. UBP684 is valuable for investigating the physiological and pathological roles of NMDA receptors in neurological research.
