UBE2N Inhibitor
UC-764864 is a selective UBE2N inhibitor that effectively inhibits the enzymatic activity of UBE2N. This compound exhibits cytotoxic effects and disrupts UBE2N-dependent signaling pathways in leukemic cells. Additionally, UC-764864:blockades the ubiquitination of key substrates involved in innate immune responses and inflammation within human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and the study of immune modulation.
