UC2288
P21 Attenuator
UC2288 is a potent orally active p21 attenuator, primarily targeting the p21 pathway with relative selectivity. This compound effectively inhibits cancer cell proliferation by inducing apoptosis. Notably, UC2288 does not inhibit VEGFR2 or Raf kinases, even at concentrations up to 10 μM, making it a valuable tool for studying p21-related signaling pathways in cancer research.
