UCM-13369

NPM1 Inhibitor

UCM-13369 is an NPM1 inhibitor that specifically targets the C-terminal DNA-binding domain of the mutant NPM1 C+ protein. This compound effectively downregulates signaling pathways associated with NPM1 C+ mutations. UCM-13369 has demonstrated the ability to induce apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines and primary patient cells, making it a valuable tool for research focused on the underlying mechanisms of AML.
