UCM710

eCB Hydrolysis Inhibitor

UCM710 is an endocannabinoid hydrolysis inhibitor that enhances the levels of N-arachidonoyl ethanolamine and 2-arachidonoylglycerol in neuronal cells. It specifically inhibits fatty acid amide hydrolase and α/β-hydrolase domain 6, while having no effect on monoacylglycerol lipase. UCM710 is utilized in research focused on endocannabinoid signaling pathways and their implications in neurobiology.
