UFP-512

DOP Receptor Agonist

UFP-512 is a selective and potent agonist of the δ-opioid receptor (DOP receptor). It demonstrates significant antidepressant and anxiolytic properties by effectively inhibiting adenylyl cyclase activity and activating Erk1/2 pathways. UFP-512 promotes the phosphorylation of DOP receptors at Ser363 while exhibiting minimal desensitization of the cAMP pathway. This compound is a valuable tool for investigating mood disorders and related therapeutic applications.
