UGM inhibitor
UGM-IN-3 is a potent inhibitor of UDP-galactopyranose mutase (UGM), exhibiting a Kd value of 66 μM. This compound effectively inhibits the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, demonstrating a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 6.2 μg/mL.
