MERTK Inhibitor
UNC1062 is a selective inhibitor of the MERTK tyrosine kinase, exhibiting an IC50 of 1.1 nM and strong selectivity within the TAM family (TYRO3 IC50 = 60 nM, AXL IC50 = 85 nM). It displays significant anti-proliferative effects and induces apoptosis across various cancer models, including melanoma, gastric cancer, and acute myeloid leukemia. UNC1062 modulates key signaling pathways such as MAPK/ERK, PI3K/AKT, and JAK/STAT, while also impacting cellular motility in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma through the RhoA pathway. Additionally, it inhibits macrophage efferocytosis, making it a valuable tool for research in atherosclerosis.
