UNC3230
PIP5K1C Inhibitor
UNC3230 is a selective and ATP-competitive inhibitor of PIP5K1C, demonstrating an IC50 of approximately 41 nM. This compound also inhibits PIP4K2C while sparing other lipid kinases involved in phosphoinositide regulation. UNC3230 exhibits notable antinociceptive and anticancer properties, making it a valuable tool for research in pain modulation and cancer therapeutics.
