IP6K Inhibitor
UNC7467 is a selective inhibitor of inositol hexakisphosphate kinase (IP6K), demonstrating inhibitory constants of 4.9 nM for IP6K2, 8.9 nM for IP6K1, and 1320 nM for IP6K6. By decreasing levels of inositol pyrophosphates, UNC7467 plays a significant role in cellular metabolism and signaling pathways.
