UNC9750

IPMK Inhibitor

UNC9750 is an inhibitor of inositol phosphate multikinase (IPMK), exhibiting IC50 values of 31.6 nM and 374 nM for IPMK and IP6K2, respectively. It effectively inhibits the cellular accumulation of InsP5, a direct product of IPMK activity, while not affecting levels of InsP6 or InsP7. Additionally, UNC9750 demonstrates over 75% inhibition against four kinases: DAPK1, DYRK1B, PDGFR, and KDR. This compound is valuable for research applications centered on glioblastoma.
