UPF-1035
PARP-2 Inhibitor
UPF-1035 is a selective inhibitor of PARP-2, exhibiting an IC50 value of 0.15 μM. This compound has been shown to increase CA1 pyramidal cell loss in the hippocampus, indicating its role in neuroprotection.
