PSAM agonist
uPSEM792 is a selective agonist for the PSAM4-GlyR receptor, exhibiting a high affinity with a Ki value of 0.7 nM. This compound is utilized to investigate the role of PSAM4-GlyR in various biological processes and is involved in studying its potential as a PET radioligand.
