UR778Br

IQGAP1 Inhibitor

UR778Br is a selective inhibitor targeting the GTPase-activating protein-related domain (GRD domain) of IQGAP1 proteins. It exhibits prominent anti-proliferative effects against human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) by arresting the cell cycle at the G2/M phase and inducing apoptosis. Additionally, UR778Br effectively inhibits the colony formation of both primary and AML cells while demonstrating minimal effects on normal bone marrow cells, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic applications.
