USP25/USP28 Inhibitor
USP25/28-IN-2 is a selective dual inhibitor of USP25 and USP28, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.9 μM for USP28 and 0.88 μM for USP25. By modulating the activity of these deubiquitinases, USP25/28-IN-2 influences downstream signaling pathways, leading to alterations in c-Myc oncoprotein levels and promoting apoptosis while decreasing cell viability.
