ASCT2 Antagonist
V-9302 hydrochloride is a competitive antagonist of the amino acid transporter ASCT2 (SLC1A5), inhibiting transmembrane glutamine flux. This compound selectively targets ASCT2, demonstrating potent inhibition of glutamine uptake with an IC50 value of 9.6 µM in HEK-293 cells.
