Vaxfectin

Vaccine Adjuvant

Vaxfectin is a second-generation cationic lipid-based adjuvant designed to enhance the efficacy of both plasmid DNA (pDNA) and protein-based vaccines. It significantly boosts the immune response to pDNA-expressed pathogenic antigens in vivo by increasing IgG titers and promoting an IL-6-dependent enhancement of the humoral immune response, while maintaining the Th1 type immune response. Vaxfectin is suitable for research applications in vaccine formulation and development.
