VEGF-R2 Inhibitor
VEGFR-2-IN-44 is a selective inhibitor of the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGF-R2), exhibiting an IC50 of 70 nM. Additionally, it demonstrates inhibitory activity against platelet-derived growth factor receptor β (PDGF-Rβ) with an IC50 of 920 nM. This compound is valuable for studying angiogenesis and related pathways in cancer research and other diseases characterized by abnormal vascular growth.
