Vepafestinib

RET Inhibitor

Vepafestinib is a selective, orally active RET inhibitor that demonstrates a potent inhibitory effect with an IC50 value of 0.33 nM. By inhibiting the phosphorylation of RET and its downstream signaling pathways, Vepafestinib effectively blocks tumor cell proliferation and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. This compound is valuable for research on RET-driven malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer and thyroid cancer, among other applications in oncology.
