VIPhyb
VIP Receptor Antagonist
VIPhyb is a selective antagonist of the vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) receptor, effectively inhibiting VIP signaling pathways. This compound has demonstrated the ability to enhance T-cell immunity by downregulating PD-1 expression, inhibit proliferation of cancer cells, and reduce inflammatory cytokine levels. VIPhyb is valuable for research applications in cancer, infection, inflammation, and immunology, particularly in studies related to non-small cell lung cancer, cytomegalovirus infections, and colitis.
