VO-OHPic
PTEN Inhibitor
VO-OHPic is a selective and reversible noncompetitive inhibitor of PTEN, exhibiting an IC50 value of 46 nM. This compound has been shown to attenuate apoptosis and mitigate adverse cardiac remodeling, as well as reduce the activation of pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages in doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy models. Additionally, VO-OHPic is involved in the inhibition of autophagy, making it a valuable tool for research in cardiovascular diseases and inflammation.
