Vosoritide
CNP Analogue
Vosoritide is a modified recombinant analogue of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) that specifically targets the natriuretic peptide receptor type B (NPR-B). It is known to inhibit the activity of fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3), making it a valuable tool in studying conditions such as achondroplasia and other forms of dwarfism.
