LATS Inhibitor
VT02956 is a selective LATS inhibitor, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.76 nM for LATS1 and 0.52 nM for LATS2, effectively targeting the Hippo signaling pathway. This compound has shown to inhibit ESR1 expression and suppress growth in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer cell lines as well as patient-derived tumor organoids. Additionally, VT02956 features an alkyne functional group, enabling its use in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) reactions, making it a valuable tool for chemical biology applications.
