VT103

TEAD1 Palmitoylation Inhibitor

VT103 is a selective inhibitor of TEAD1 palmitoylation, effectively disrupting the auto-palmitoylation of TEAD and the interaction between YAP/TAZ and TEAD. This compound inhibits YAP/TAZ-mediated gene transcription, highlighting its role in modulating the Hippo signaling pathway. VT103 is particularly useful for research in cancer biology, providing insights into tumorigenesis associated with aberrant TEAD signaling.
