Photoswitchable GPCR Antagonist
VUF14862 is a stable and fatigue-resistant photoswitchable antagonist targeting the histamine H3 receptor (H3R). This compound exhibits greater than 10-fold increased affinity for H3R upon exposure to 360 nm light, making it an effective tool for spatiotemporal investigations of H3R signaling.
