W4275
NSD2 Inhibitor
W4275 is a selective inhibitor of NSD2, exhibiting an IC50 value of 17 nM. This compound demonstrates significant antiproliferative activity against RS411 cells with an IC50 of 230 nM and markedly inhibits tumor growth in RS411 tumor xenograft models. Pharmacokinetic studies in mice indicate W4275 possesses favorable oral bioavailability, with a bioavailability fraction of 27.34%. W4275 presents potential applications in cancer research, particularly in exploring therapeutic strategies targeting NSD2.
