sFRP-1 Inhibitor
WAY-362692 is a selective inhibitor of secreted frizzled-related protein 1 (sFRP-1), with an IC50 value of 0.02 μM. By targeting the netrin domain, WAY-362692 competitively disrupts the interaction between sFRP-1 and Wnt proteins, enhancing Wnt/β-catenin signaling (EC50 = 0.03 μM). This compound is known to activate osteoblasts and facilitate bone remodeling, making it a valuable tool for research on metabolic diseases, including osteoporosis.
