RXRγ/AR-V7 Degrader

WCF-598 is an RXRγ-targeting PROTAC degrader with a binding affinity (Kd) of 234.2 nM. It facilitates the degradation of RXRγ through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, leading to the destabilization of the RXRγ-AR-V7 complex and subsequent downregulation of AR-V7 levels. This compound has been observed to induce tumor cell apoptosis, inhibit cell proliferation, activate the p53 signaling pathway, and suppress cell cycle progression, making it a valuable tool for research in prostate cancer.
