Xanthine Oxidase Inhibitor

Xanthine Oxidase-IN-23 is a reversible, mixed-type inhibitor of xanthine oxidase, exhibiting an IC50 of 3.33 μM. This compound targets xanthine oxidase to effectively inhibit its enzymatic activity, thereby reducing serum urate levels. Xanthine Oxidase-IN-23 has been shown to upregulate ABCG2 and downregulate GLUT9, enhancing renal urate excretion and improving renal function in hyperuricemic mouse models. This reagent is suitable for research applications focused on hyperuricemia and associated disorders.
