NEDD4 Inhibitor

XMU-MP-10 is a selective inhibitor of the NEDD4 E3 ubiquitin ligase, demonstrating a binding affinity (KD) of 43.92 nM. It specifically inhibits NEDD4 auto-ubiquitination, leading to the upregulation of β-TrCP and subsequent degradation of YAP, while preserving NEDD4 protein levels. Notably, XMU-MP-10 exhibits significant in vivo efficacy against triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) by promoting CD8+ T cell infiltration and enhancing antitumor immune responses through the β-TrCP/YAP/ECM signaling axis. This compound is valuable for research focused on the mechanisms underlying TNBC and immune modulation.
