XQ2B
cGAS Inhibitor
XQ2B is a selective inhibitor of the cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS), disrupting protein-DNA interactions and phase separation. It significantly attenuates ISD-induced autophagy, thereby impacting cellular immune responses. Additionally, XQ2B enhances susceptibility to herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) by inhibiting the associated antiviral immune mechanisms, making it a valuable tool for studying viral pathogenesis and immune modulation.
